Help with an order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, along with a brief description of your enquiry. For delivery questions, let us know which order you are asking about. For a damaged or incorrect item, tell us what you received and we will explain the next steps.

When to expect a reply

We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. At busy times, replies may take a little longer. Please check your junk or spam folder if you are waiting to hear from us.
